Meet the Team
Nicola Durose is a Level 7 CIPD qualified HR professional with over 20 years generalist and strategic experience of providing a wide range of operational HR services in complexed and unionised environments (including Local Government and the NHS).
Nicola has held various Senior HR positions and managed teams across a large workforce both within HR and retail.
Nicola is our Lead HR Consultant working with clients on a daily bases to support with any HR situations.
Natalie Keys working in our HR Service Centre which is the central hub of activity for our clients. As the first point of contact Natalie bring great organisation and control to team.
Natalie’s background is in Pensions administration and is enjoying the move to generalist HR transactional support.
