Louise Lithgow-Dicker

Go HR was founded in 2014 by Louise, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development with over 35 years of HR knowledge and experience.
Having worked across a broad range of sectors, both in the UK and internationally, Louise understands the many and varied issues that business owners and line managers face when ensuring the safeguarding of their company and their staff. Louise has worked in many high-profile blue chips businesses from starting her career and rising to the position of People Director with a PLC. When setting up Go HR, Louise wanted to make sure that all businesses had access to a high level of HR support.
As FCIPD qualified, MBTI Practitioner and NLP Diploma holder, Louise’s wealth of HR experience is unrivalled and is the driving force behind the success of Go HR and the valuable support it provides to businesses of all sizes.
Due to the expansion of Go HR, we have teams based in Berkshire, Staffordshire and Warwickshire. This means we are now able to support businesses across the whole of the UK. We understand the SME world and get the trial and tribulations that business owners face.

Nicola Durose
Lead HR Consultant
Nicola has been a great asset to Go HR and is an experienced HR professional with Level 7 CIPD certification and over 25 years’ experience in both general and strategic HR roles. She’s successfully delivered a wide range of HR services in complex, unionized settings like Local Government, the NHS, and retail.
Throughout her career, Nicola has held senior HR positions, managing teams in both HR and operational. Her leadership has been key in driving HR initiatives and building effective teams.
Nicola is skilled in various HR areas, including performance and absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, and change management. Currently, she is our Lead HR Consultant, working closely with clients to provide expert support on a variety of HR issues. Her extensive experience and strategic insight are invaluable to our team and clients, helping business owners navigate challenging situations effectively and fairly.
