Go HR was founded by Louise Lithgow-Dicker, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development for 30 years.
Having worked across a broad range of sectors, both in the UK and internationally, Louise understands all of the many and varied issues that businesses face when ensuring the safeguarding of their company and their staff.
As FCIPD qualified, MBTI Practitioner and NLP Diploma holder, Louise’s wealth of HR experience is unrivalled and is the driving force behind the success of Go HR and the valuable support it provides to businesses.
Meet the Team
Natalie Keys working in our HR Service Centre which is the central hub of activity for our clients. As the first point of contact Natalie bring great organisation and control to team.
Natalie’s background is in Pensions administration and is enjoying the move to generalist HR transactional support.
Louise is joined by Sarah Parsons, another Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development who also has +20 years HR experience across several industries.
Sarah is also a trained MBTI practitioner and is qualified in several Korn Ferry leadership tools. She is also currently training to be a Community Assessor for the Metropolitan Police.
Alongside significant experience with business restructuring and HR systems implementation, Sarah appreciates the need for a tailored, practical and focused approach to the whole employee lifecycle and is passionate about supporting businesses to create and maintain a high performing, engaged and happy workforce.
